Skilled in P&L management, negotiation and strategy implementation for online and brick-and-mortar businesses, Karine has a thorough understanding of the diverse global markets and retail channels and has proven success in identifying new and potential brands and in growing their business. Through the years, she built an extensive network in the industry to better serve her clients. Recently she also managed the launch of a DTC brand on the French market with success. Experienced in creating profitable and innovative marketing and sales solutions for niche and major brands. Now based in Berlin, Germany.

25 years of experience in the beauty industry- Estée Lauder, Esthederm, The Sanctuary, 4Beauty Group – he comes with solid competencies of leadership, communication, negotiation and business development in small and large companies.
